Carmen Freitas

My story is that I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. My journey thus far has taken me through property management, from property officer to managing teams and offices. Where I developed skills and with further qualifications lead me to training in the industry opening up to other ventures.

I believe that creating checklists, procedures and templates provides for smooth workflow and better delivery of services to customers and clients. I have used all the checklist, templates during some time or other in my working career and know that these work!!!

I also believe that with, systems and understanding by all parties through education; it not only enriches the learner but provides for confidence and again leading to better service outcomes.
